About this home's

A stunning, newly built home nestled within the highly coveted Tamalpais Park, this Scandinavian style farmhouse was lovingly designed by the owner and masterfully constructed with the most modern materials and finishes. Bordered in lush landscaping, a charming front porch with Dutch door welcomes guests across the threshold into a spectacular open concept that blends living, dining, and kitchen in one light-soaked expanse.

Anchored throughout with European white oak hardwood floors this four-bedroom home provides amazing indoor/outdoor flow with Fleetwood sliding doors that open to a verdant backyard with blue stone patio and level lawn. Perfect for entertaining, the 2,284-square foot floorplan is peppered with designer finishes that reverberate warmth and comfort. The living room, featuring a Town and Country gas fireplace with custom steel surround, flows effortlessly into an open-concept dining room decked in custom built-ins..

A showstopping marble island sets the tone for a spacious kitchen with bar seating. Appointed with quarter sawn oak cabinetry, Wolf range, Subzero refrigerator and wine fridge, the sun-soaked space spills into an alfresco eating area via a Fleetwood pass-through window. Nearby, an adjacent family room with built-in media center opens seamlessly to the outdoors. A sexy powder room with Venetian plaster walls and honed stone counter completes the first floor, along with a spacious garage with interior access, storage cubbies for backpacks, and second fridge.

The upstairs reveals a trio of spacious bedrooms along with a sprawling primary suite with soaring ceilings, walk-in closet, window seat, and custom built-ins. Decked in sleek marble, the ensuite bathroom features a dual vanity, Toto washlet toilet, Thermasol steam shower and radiant heat. Down the hall, three gracious guest bedrooms are serviced by a full bath with dual Vardara vanity, penny tile flooring and radiant heat.

A sprawling backyard is poised for weekend gatherings, equipped with a bluestone patio, built-in seating, Sonos sound system, lush lawn, and privacy hedge.

Located steps to Park Elementary School and Sycamore Park Preschool, this Tamalpais Park beauty is blocks to downtown Mill Valley’s shops, grocers and eateries and a short drive to Mount Tam’s world-famous hiking/biking trails.

Family-friendly Mill Valley is all about schools and sports. Nestled at the foot of Mount Tamalpais, homes in the Marin County city range from 500-square-foot hunter's cabins to multimillion-dollar mansions tucked away on winding, narrow lanes under the redwoods.
Coffee is king in Mill Valley. Downtown, three separate coffee shops do a brisk business. At the Depot, as the sunny town center is called, moms with strollers, kids on tricycles, and teenagers kicking hacky sacks relax in the open-air plaza, which now houses an independent bookstore and cafe. The Depot is also a jumping-off spot for hikers and mountain bikers heading up the slopes of Mount Tamalpais. Nightlife in Mill Valley is anchored by Sweetwater Music Hall, which hosts many well-known musical acts.
As the groomed playing fields at the community center attest, sports are big in Mill Valley, with soccer, baseball, and lacrosse leagues all popular.
